We are looking for a friendly, motivated, energetic front desk employee. You would want to enjoy being around people, be well organized, enjoy being busy/multi-tasking all day, doing paperwork, and most importantly dependable and plans to be in our office for the long term. Please do not apply if you are looking for a short term position. We spend a lot of time training for this position and tend to not have much employee turnover.
Our staff enjoys working with each other as well as with our patients. We seek to find someone that enjoys what they are doing and enjoys coming to work each day for their position. Our ideal employee for the front desk is someone whom is self-motivated, timely, works well with others, enjoys doing an array of things, and is passionate about learning more about natural health (as you will be surrounded by it).
It is often fast paced with patients in and out the door frequently while the phone is ringing and you are working on other tasks- so quick multi-tasking is a must needed skill. If you stress easy but multiple things happening around you, then you will not enjoy this position.
This position calls for one to always be smiling and polite. Speedy patient intake and quality patient care is always our number one goal. Patients come to our office in pain and it’s our goal to make it the
best and experience with minimal wait times.

We do have Required Nutrition meeting once every month (45-60 min during lunch break) that you’ll enjoy and learn a lot about health and supplements which is typically held one Friday a month.
Position does not offer insurance benefits, sick days, vacation days, or paid holidays. We are typically closed 6 holidays if they fall on weekdays (Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and 3 partial days (close early by an hour or 2) (New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, day after Thanksgiving) if they fall on weekdays.
