No more resolutions! Come meet your lifestyle solution! Typically our classes are 10 weeks long consisting of 7 total classes and held on a Tuesday or Thursday around 6pm.

OHW Weight Loss is a 10 week weight loss program centered around making SUSTAINABLE lifestyle changes. We do not want someone doing our program then after 10 weeks falling off the band wagon. We made our program easy to incorporate so you can continue on for years after with success. We take you week by week discussing different topics, the reasoning behind it and how to make those changes in your life. And through it all- keeping you motivated, guiding you nutritionally, reviewing your food log, helping find healthy substitutes to your fav items, as well as provided daily guidance as needed (and more!) ! The more you put into it the more you will get out of it. The class is based showing up, listening- then taking home handouts to help you implement.
We go over balancing diff foods, glycemic index, stress, exercise, plateaus, and much much more. Its a very educational weight loss class that has worked great for women, men and teenagers! We also offer different healthy supplements to help accelerate your weight loss goals if wanted. We go over so much each week to help you along wherever you are in your weight loss/health journey.
The class is 4 weeks in a row, then every other week as we slowly start to send you on your way for years of success (total of 7 classes). We have some people whom take the class a few times or once a year to keep them motivated and continuing on the right path- it is then a discounted rate second time around.
It is a small group setting so there is no intimidation or uncomfoortable feelings. Usually by the end everyone is buddy buddy helping each other stay motivated and on track. 🙂
